Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 57

In regulation 2(1) of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013 , in the definition of “relevant authorisation”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010”, in both places it occurs, substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
