In article 2 of the Water Protection Zone (River Dee Catchment) Designation Order 1999 — in the definition of “catchment control site”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”; in paragraph (ii) of the definition of “controlled substance”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
