Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 62

The East Anglia ONE Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014 is amended as follows. In article 13(7) and (8)(b), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In paragraph 4(a) of Part 4 of Schedule 9, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
