Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 68

The North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014 is amended as follows. In article 14(7) and (8), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In paragraph 4(a) of Part 1 of Schedule 8, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
