Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 78

The Hornsea One Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014 is amended as follows. In article 12(7) and (9)(b), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In paragraph 61(a) of Part 6 of Schedule 12, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
