Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 81

The Cornwall Council (A30 Temple to Higher Carblake Improvement) Order 2015 is amended as follows. In article 16(7), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In paragraph 11(3) of Schedule 2, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
