In regulation 2 of the Ship Recycling Facilities Regulations 2015 , in the definitions of “permit” and “suspension notice”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
