Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 85

The Control of Major Accidents Hazards Regulations 2015 are amended as follows. In regulation 2— omit the definition of “the 2010 Regulations”; in the appropriate place insert— “the 2016 Regulations” means the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016; In regulation 21(1), for “the 2010 Regulations” substitute “ the 2016 Regulations ”. In regulation 25(7)(c) and (11)(a), for “the 2010 Regulations” substitute “ the 2016 Regulations ”.
