Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 93

In paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the Hazardous Waste (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2015 , in the definitions of “permit” and “standard rule”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
