Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 96

The Progress Power (Gas Fired Power Station) Order 2015 is amended as follows. In article 2(1), in the definition of “gross rated electrical output”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In article 15(7) and (8)(b), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
