Schedule 2, paragraph 11(2)

Subject to sub-paragraphs (4) and (5), the exemption registration authority must ensure the register contains the relevant particulars— for an exempt waste operation other than a WEEE operation, within 5 working days after the date that it receives notification of the relevant particulars and the information specified in paragraph 10(5); for a WEEE operation— where a decision is made under sub-paragraph (3) not to inspect the operation, within 5 working days after the date of the decision; otherwise, within 5 working days after the date of the inspection under sub-paragraph (3); for an exempt water discharge activity, exempt groundwater activity or exempt flood risk activity, within 15 working days after the date that it receives notification of the relevant particulars.
