Schedule 2, paragraph 12(1)

The duty to maintain a register in paragraph 11(1) includes a duty to remove an entry from the register if— the exemption registration authority becomes aware that the exempt facility is no longer in operation at the place stated in the relevant particulars, or the facility ceases to be an exempt facility.
