Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 2, paragraph 12(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste used or stored over any period of 1 month does not exceed 100 tonnes, and the waste is stored in a secure location prior to use.
