Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 2, paragraph 16(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— no more than two depolluted end-of-life vehicles are stored at any one time, in relation to relevant waste to which code 160122 (non-hazardous components from end-of-life vehicles) applies, the total quantity of waste stored at any one time does not exceed 5 cubic metres, the waste is stored in a secure place, the waste is stored on an impermeable surface, and the operation is for the purposes of re-using the waste.
