Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 2, paragraph 4(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste burned over any period of 1 hour is less than 50kg, the total quantity of waste stored at any one time does not exceed 10 tonnes, and the waste is stored in a secure place.
