Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 2, paragraph 5(1)

The use of biodiesel derived from relevant waste as a fuel in a portable generator if the requirements in sub-paragraph (4) are met or in a motor vehicle and the storage of such biodiesel— in or on a motor vehicle or in such a portable generator, or at a place that is owned or occupied by the owner or user of the biodiesel.
