Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 2, paragraph 5(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of biodiesel stored in or on a motor vehicle or in a portable generator at any one time does not exceed 1,000 litres, the total quantity of biodiesel stored at a place owned or occupied by the owner or user of the biodiesel at any one time does not exceed 5,000 litres, and the biodiesel is stored with secondary containment.
