Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 2, paragraph 6

The use of relevant waste at a waste water treatment plant for the purposes of re-seeding the plant. The table specifying relevant waste for the purposes of this paragraph is set out below. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste used or stored at the plant at any one time does not exceed 1,000 cubic metres, and the waste was not produced at the plant.
