Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 10(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste stored at any one time does not exceed 10 tonnes, the total quantity of waste treated over any 7-day period does not exceed 10 tonnes, and the waste is stored in a secure place.
