Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 12

The manual treatment of relevant waste by a relevant treatment operation. The table below specifies— relevant waste for the purposes of this paragraph and relevant treatment operations, the quantity limits referred to in sub-paragraph (3)(a), and the additional specific conditions referred to in sub-paragraph (3)(c). For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated or stored at any one time does not exceed the limit specified in the fourth column of the table in sub-paragraph (2), subject to additional specific condition B in paragraph (c), where it applies, no waste is stored for longer than 2 years, and the operation complies with such of the following additional specific conditions as is specified in the fifth column of the table—
