Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 12(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated or stored at any one time does not exceed the limit specified in the fourth column of the table in sub-paragraph (2), subject to additional specific condition B in paragraph (c), where it applies, no waste is stored for longer than 2 years, and the operation complies with such of the following additional specific conditions as is specified in the fifth column of the table—
