Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 14(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste stored after treatment does not exceed 1 tonne of crushed and emptied oil filters at any one time, the treatment is carried on at the place of production, the equipment used to treat the waste is— designed for the purposes of crushing oil filters; designed and maintained to ensure that oil does not escape during treatment, and the treatment takes place as soon as practicable after the oil filter is removed from a vehicle.
