Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 16

The treatment of waste toner cartridges and waste ink cartridges consisting of relevant waste by sorting, dismantling, cleaning or refilling them. The table specifying relevant waste for the purposes of this paragraph is set out below. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated or stored at any one time does not exceed 150 tonnes, and the treatment is carried on— indoors; at a location with sealed drainage.
