Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 19

The physical and chemical treatment of relevant waste for the purposes of producing biodiesel. The table specifying relevant waste for the purposes of this paragraph is set out below. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste physically treated or stored at any one time does not exceed 5,000 litres, the total quantity of waste chemically treated at any one time does not exceed 250 litres, the waste is treated and stored in a container with secondary containment, no waste is stored for longer than 3 months, and the operation is for the purpose of reusing the waste.
