Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 20

The treatment of relevant waste at a water treatment works. The table specifying relevant waste for the purposes of this paragraph is set out below. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated at the works over any period of 12 months does not exceed 10,000 cubic metres, and the waste is treated and stored in a secure location with sealed drainage.
