Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 21

The recovery of relevant waste at a waste water treatment works. The table specifying relevant waste for the purposes of this paragraph is set out below. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste brought to the works over any period of 12 months does not exceed 100,000 cubic metres, and the waste is treated and stored in a secure location with sealed drainage.
