Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 21(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste brought to the works over any period of 12 months does not exceed 100,000 cubic metres, and the waste is treated and stored in a secure location with sealed drainage.
