The treatment in a wormery of relevant waste originating from a kitchen. The table specifying relevant waste for the purposes of this paragraph is set out below. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated over any 12-month period does not exceed 6 tonnes, and the treatment results in a stable sanitised vermicompost that can be applied to land for the benefit of agriculture or to improve the soil structure or nutrients in land.
