Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 28(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated or stored at any one time does not exceed 1 cubic metre, the treatment and storage are carried on at the place of production, and no waste is stored for longer than 6 months.
