Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 29

The treatment of non-hazardous pesticide washings that are relevant waste by carbon filtration for the purposes of disposal. The table specifying relevant waste for the purposes of this paragraph is set out below. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated or stored over any 24-hour period does not exceed 8,000 litres, the treatment and storage are carried on at the place of production, and the treatment is carried on in a location with sealed drainage.
