Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 29(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated or stored over any 24-hour period does not exceed 8,000 litres, the treatment and storage are carried on at the place of production, and the treatment is carried on in a location with sealed drainage.
