Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 2(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated or stored at any one time does not exceed 20,000 tonnes, and the waste is treated and stored at a location with sealed drainage.
