Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 31(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated or stored over any 7-day period does not exceed 250 cubic metres, the waste is treated in a location with sealed drainage, the operation is carried on at the place where the waste is produced, and the waste is stored with secondary containment.
