Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 33(3)

For the purpose of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of the waste treated over any 7 day period does not exceed 400 litres, the waste is stored with secondary containment, the treatment is carried on at a location with sealed drainage, and the operation is for the purpose of reusing the waste.
