Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 3(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste stored or treated at any one time does not exceed 10 tonnes, and the waste is stored in a secure location with sealed drainage.
