Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 6(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated or stored over any 7-day period does not exceed 500 tonnes, and no waste is stored for longer than 3 months after treatment.
