Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 4, paragraph 3

The deposit of relevant waste by burying it. The table specifying relevant waste for the purposes of this paragraph is set out below. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste deposited over any 12-month period does not exceed 1 cubic metre, and no waste is deposited within— 10 metres of any watercourse, 50 metres of any spring, well or borehole.
