Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 4, paragraph 3(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste deposited over any 12-month period does not exceed 1 cubic metre, and no waste is deposited within— 10 metres of any watercourse, 50 metres of any spring, well or borehole.
