Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 4, paragraph 5(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste deposited or stored at any one time does not exceed 10 tonnes, and the waste is not stored for longer than 12 months or such other period as may be ordered in court proceedings.
