Schedule 3, Part 4, paragraph 28

Improvement works for tracks and paths. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are— the works are to an existing track or path, the works do not alter the route or width of the track or path, the works do not disturb the bed or banks of any main river, the works do not increase the level of the path by more than 100mm, and when the works are completed, all materials and debris are removed from the site.
