Schedule 5, Part 1, paragraph 10(2)

As soon as is reasonably practicable the appropriate authority must— send the particulars of the relevant application or regulator-initiated variation to that member State ... , inform that member State of the relevant information, ... notify the operator and the regulator that it has complied with paragraphs (a) and (b) , and comply with sub-paragraph (2A).
