Schedule 5, Part 1, paragraph 6(3)

The regulator must not inform the public consultees of information which is to be excluded from a public register because it is confidential information, unless the public consultee is— a public authority and the information is necessary for the exercise of its functions, or a sewerage undertaker and the information relates to the release of any substance into a sewer vested in that undertaker.
