Schedule 5, Part 1, paragraph 7(3)

In sub-paragraph (2), “determination date” means— the date of a determination under regulation 47(3) or (7), the date of a determination under regulation 50 that information must be excluded from the public register, or if the regulator determines under regulation 50 that information must be included on the public register— if an appeal is brought, the date of determination or withdrawal of that appeal, or if no appeal is brought, the date on which the period for bringing an appeal expires.
