Schedule 5, Part 2, paragraph 8(2)

The date is— in the case of compensation payable under paragraph 3(1)(a) or (b), the date of depreciation; in the case of compensation payable under paragraph 3(1)(c), (d) or (e), the date on which the loss is sustained, the damage is done, or the injurious affection occurs, as the case may be; in the case of compensation payable under paragraph 6(6), the date on which the expenses become payable.
