Schedule 6, paragraph 7(1)

If a determination is quashed in proceedings before a court, the appropriate authority— must send to the persons notified of its determination under paragraph 6 a statement of the matters in relation to which further representations are invited, must give those persons the opportunity of making written representations in respect of those matters within 20 working days after the date of the statement, and may cause a hearing to be held or reopened.
