Schedule 7, paragraph 6(2)

In this paragraph— “BAT conclusions” has the meaning given in Article 3(12) of the Industrial Emissions Directive; “BAT reference document” has the meaning given in Article 3(11) of the Industrial Emissions Directive; “best available techniques” has the meaning given in Article 3(10) of the Industrial Emissions Directive; “emerging technique” has the meaning given in Article 3(14) of the Industrial Emissions Directive.
