Schedule 9, Part 1, paragraph 2

In this Schedule— “disposal” has the same meaning as in the Waste Framework Directive and related terms are to be construed accordingly; “recovery” has the same meaning as in the Waste Framework Directive and related terms are to be construed accordingly.
