Schedule 9, Part 2, Chapter 2, paragraph 4(8)

For the purposes of this paragraph, where a batch of waste material received at a materials facility comprises material from more than one supplier, and the proportion of that batch attributable to a particular supplier cannot reasonably be ascertained, an estimate of the proportion is sufficient.
