Schedule 9, Part 2, Chapter 2, paragraph 5(10)

If the sample taken under sub-paragraph (4) contains material particles, they are deemed to comprise the proportions of the types of target materials, non-target materials, non-recyclable materials and packaging (including glass packaging where notice has been given under sub-paragraph (6A)) already identified as making up the other contents of that sample, and the weight of the material particles must be apportioned according to those proportions for that particular sample.
