Schedule 9, Part 2, Chapter 2, paragraph 5(2)

The operator of a materials facility must measure the total weight in tonnes of all waste material that leaves the facility in each reporting period that has been identified and kept apart as material to be transferred by the operator to another materials facility or person for the purpose of enabling that material to be prepared for re-use or recycling.
